Questions, answered
What is Spondot?
Spondot is a desktop app that listens to an interview conversation, transcribes it in real time, and drafts a first-person answer using your resume and the job description — so you always have a strong starting point to speak from.
Is it okay to use during a real interview?
Spondot is built for disclosed use — many companies now explicitly allow candidates to use AI assistance, and Spondot works well as a visible, on-screen aid you and the interviewer both know is running. Always check the specific interview's policy before use.
What information does Spondot need?
Just your resume and the job description, added once in the app. Everything else — the live transcript and drafted answers — is generated for that session.
Which platforms are supported?
Spondot runs natively on Windows and macOS.
Can someone else help me during a session?
Yes — remote companion mode lets a trusted person join your session from any device and follow along in real time.
